Renting:

  *Apartment – 1 monthly rent

          - Owner is paying  50%

          - Tenant is paying  50%

  *  House – 2 monthly rents

           - Owner is paying 1 monthly rent

           - Tenant is paying 1 monthly rent

  *  Office space/ Industrial space 2 monthly              rents 

           - Owner is paying 1 monthly rent

           - Tenant is paying 1 monthly rent

Selling:

  *Apartment – 3% of the total price

            - Seller is paying  2%

            - Buyer is paying  1%

   * House – 4% of the total price

             - Seller is paying 2%

             - Buyer is paying 2%

   * Office space/ Industrial Space  -  4% of the total price

              - Seller is paying 2%

              - Buyer is paying 2%
